MEET OUR PROGRAM ADVISORS
Hannah Silvestri, Program Advisor
Hannah has been working with Webster Adult Basic Education Linkages/Webster Public Schools since July 2022. Hannah attended Assumption University’s School of Health Professions and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services and Rehabilitation in May 2022. Hannah’s concentration was working with Children and Adolescents in Community Settings. She also received a minor in Criminology in her undergraduate career. During her time at Assumption, Hannah served as the Vice President of the Human Services Club, and also as an ambassador for the Social Justice Club. In the future, Hannah plans on continuing her education and getting her MSW.
Prior to her professional career, Hannah had an internship placement at the Renaissance Medical Group in Southbridge, MA where she worked as a Case Manager as well as with the counselor on site to provide care to patients. Prior to the pandemic, she volunteered at The Hector Reyes House in Worcester, MA where she also worked as a Case Manager with formerly incarcerated men looking to reintegrate into society.
Outside of the professional setting, Hannah enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops. So far, her favorite restaurant is Mexicali in Worcester, which she discovered with friends while in school. Hannah also enjoys coffee so much that she used to work at a community-centered coffee shop near her hometown of Plainville, MA.
